Methods of root canal surgery procedures

Indications:

1. Pulp necrosis or gangrene.

2. Chronic apical periodontitis,

3. Pulp periodontal syndrome,

4. Not a systemic disease who Primary and secondary cavity examination should be done regularly need treatment or tooth extraction teeth were temporarily retained.

Surgical methods and procedures:

1. Root canal preparation: including top dental instruments exposing marrow, into the medullary cavity, cleaning of necrotic tissue, expand the root canal, teeth, washing and measurement of length.

2. Root canal disinfection: disinfection of commonly used drugs, most commonly used to aldehydes and phenols.

3. Root canal filling: 3-5 days after sealing sterilization drugs, such as symptoms, the root canal filling technique. Commonly used filling material plus solid paste. Solid as a gutta-percha, zinc oxide eugenol used for the cement paste.
